Privacy Policy

Nothing from the tools. FormSaathi has no user accounts, and the tools never send us your files or the details you type into them.

We never see your photos, signatures, thumb impressions, documents, or the name and date of birth you enter in the tools.

The only time we receive anything is when you choose to send a message through the contact form. See Contact form below.

The photo, signature and thumb resizers, Resize Image to KB, JPG to PDF, Split & Remove PDF Pages, Compress PDF and the Photo + Signature Joiner all process files inside your web browser.

• Files you choose, photograph or paste are never sent to a server, including ours.
• The finished file is created on your device and saved only when you tap Download or Share.
• When you close or reload the page, the files are cleared from memory.

“Take a photo” and “Scan pages with camera” ask your browser for permission to use the camera.

• The live picture is shown only on your screen.
• Only the shots you take are kept, and only on your device. Nothing is recorded or sent.
• The camera switches off when you close it, tap Done, or leave the page.

You can withdraw camera permission at any time in your browser settings.

To save you time next visit, FormSaathi keeps a few settings in your browser's local storage:

• the last exam you selected, and your custom sizes;
• the name you typed for the optional name & date strip;
• the date of birth you entered in the Age Calculator;
• a random visitor ID used only for the anonymous visitor count (see Cookies and visitor counts).

An unsent contact form message is also kept here as a draft until it is sent.

To work offline, your browser also keeps a copy of the website itself (its pages and code, never your files).

None of this is sent to us.

When you send a bug report, request or message, we receive only what you submit:

• the message type, the tool or exam you chose, and your message;
• your name and email, only if you enter them (they are optional, and used only to reply to you);
• technical details, only if that switch is on: browser and device type, screen size, language, whether you were online or using the installed app, the FormSaathi version, and recent error messages from the page. You can see exactly what is included before you send.

The contact form never includes your photos, documents or files.

Messages are delivered to Saurav Jaiswal's email by Web3Forms, a form delivery service. We use them only to fix problems, answer you and improve FormSaathi. We never sell or share them, and we delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask.

If a message can't be sent (for example, when you are offline), it is saved as a draft on your device until it is sent.

FormSaathi does not show ads and does not use fingerprinting or cross-site tracking. We do count visits, in three ways:

• Live visitor count: your browser makes a random ID (not linked to you) and, while a page is open, sends it to our own server about every 90 seconds. We store only these random IDs and the minute they were seen, to show “online now” and the total number of devices that have used FormSaathi. We don't store your IP address with them.
• Netlify Analytics: our host, Netlify, counts page views, unique visitors, popular pages, referring websites and rough locations from its own server logs. It uses no cookies and no code in the page. See Netlify's Privacy Policy.
• Google Analytics: shows us which pages and tools are used, how people find FormSaathi, and rough device and location details. It sets first-party cookies (such as _ga) to tell visits apart. We have turned off Google Signals and ad personalization, so this data is not used for advertising. You can block it with an ad blocker or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. See Google's Privacy Policy.

These counts only tell us how many people FormSaathi helps and which tools matter most. They never include your files or anything you type.

• Google Analytics: measures visits as described in Cookies and visitor counts.
• Google Fonts: the page loads its typefaces from Google, which may receive technical details such as your IP address and browser type. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Netlify (hosting and analytics): Netlify serves the website and keeps standard server logs (IP address, page requested, time) for security, reliability and the visit counts described above.
• Web3Forms: delivers contact form messages by email. It receives only what you send through the form. See its privacy policy.
• pdf.js and pdf-lib: the open-source PDF engines behind the PDF tools are served from this website and run on your device. They contact no one.
• WhatsApp and sharing: tapping Share or Send to WhatsApp opens your device's share menu or WhatsApp. What you send there is covered by that app's policy.
• Buy Me a Coffee: if you choose to support us, Buy Me a Coffee handles the payment under its own policy.

• Clear saved settings: clear this website's data in your browser settings. This also resets your random visitor ID.
• Turn off the camera: remove camera permission for this website in your browser settings.
• Remove the app: uninstall FormSaathi from your home screen like any other app.
• Delete a message you sent: ask through the contact form or sauravjaiswal.com, and it will be deleted.

FormSaathi is made for students of all ages. Because we don't collect personal data, we don't collect it from children either.

Keeping your files on your device is the strongest protection we can offer. Please keep your device and browser up to date, and download files only on devices you trust, especially on shared computers such as a cyber cafe.

If we update this policy, the date at the top will change. If FormSaathi ever starts handling data in a new way, we will say so clearly on this page first.
