FormSaathi (“the Service”) is a set of free tools that help you prepare files for exam and application forms: resizing photos, signatures and thumb impressions, reducing image size, creating, splitting and compressing PDFs, joining a photo and signature, and calculating age.

It is built and run by Saurav Jaiswal. Everything runs in your browser. See the Privacy Policy.

The Service is free, with no account needed. Support through “Buy me a coffee” is a voluntary gift. It does not buy extra features, priority help or any guarantee.

Exam presets, the exam size guide, and the age limits and relaxations in the Age Calculator are based on commonly published rules. They may not match the latest notification for your exam, post or year.

• Always follow the official notification when it differs.
• The Age Calculator is an aid, not an official decision on your eligibility.
• FormSaathi is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any exam body, recruitment board, university or government organisation. Exam names belong to their owners.

• Check every file and detail against the official requirements before you submit it.
• Use only your own photos and documents, or ones you have the right to use.
• Keep your original files. FormSaathi does not store copies for you.

You must not use the Service to:

• create false, altered or misleading documents, or impersonate anyone;
• break any law or the rules of any exam or recruitment process;
• disrupt, overload or attack the website, or copy it to pass off as your own.

You keep all rights to your files. Because they never leave your device, we never receive or own them.

• Images are compressed to fit size limits, which can lower their quality.
• Compress PDF rebuilds pages as images, so text in the new PDF can't be selected or searched.
• No tool can promise that a portal will accept a file.

Bug reports, ideas and exam size corrections are very welcome, and they help improve FormSaathi for every student.

• By sending feedback, you allow us to use your ideas to improve the Service, without any payment or obligation.
• We read every message, but we can't promise a reply, a fix, or a new tool by a particular date.
• Please don't send passwords, Aadhaar numbers or other sensitive personal details in a message.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranty. We don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.

As far as the law allows, Saurav Jaiswal is not liable for any loss or damage from using the Service. That includes a rejected application, a missed deadline, lost fees or lost data.

The FormSaathi name, design, text and code are © Saurav Jaiswal. Open-source parts, such as pdf.js (Apache License 2.0) and pdf-lib (MIT), remain under their own licences. Sample images on the website are illustrations only.

FormSaathi links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Buy Me a Coffee and sauravjaiswal.com. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

We may improve the Service or update these terms at any time. The date at the top changes when the terms do. Using the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in India.
